Your right to return

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

How to return an item

Email contact@baytwoodksa.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the return address and arrange collection where possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery charge. You will not pay return costs in these cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Items we cannot accept

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging cannot be refunded.
