Where we ship

We deliver to all regions of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah and surrounding areas.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders over SAR 150. Orders below SAR 150 carry a flat delivery charge shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Orders placed during Eid holidays and national holidays may take longer.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Saudi Arabia. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Order tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at contact@baytwoodksa.com.
